Where does PT play a role in your wellbing?

Micro-clip: Physical symptoms are a big reason why people don't feel great, and my degree helps identify how much of your care is muscular in nature, versus other things.

The evolution of my care has really become one of better diagnostics, and of conservative, evidence-based, tools for healing and true wellbeing. A lot of the focus is on identifying how much of whatever you’re experiencing is musculoskeletal, systemic, nervous system, or other.

At this stage of my career, I genuinely believe foundation of our wellbeing is really found at the level of the nervous system.

It is why my shift has really been towards addressing the nervous system from a neurology-based lens. Said differently, the work on a person’s nervous system isn’t just journaling and meditation. Rather, it’s real-time tools that change the messages that get sent in and out of the brain, leading to potential for profound change when done consistently.

This work can be impactful for those experiencing chronic pain, autoimmunity, pelvic floor issues, low energy, hormonal dysfunctions, reduced work performance, mood concerns, history of trauma (small and big), reduced energy, reduced sense of vitality, libido, and so much more.

It can be beneficial to anyone, the way fitness is beneficial to anyone.
